Member of a team of software programmers and engineers responsible for designing, developing database PL/SQL code in support of enterprise web applications for government agencies. Specific duties include: · Using Oracle tools and utilities · Providing leadership for coding complex data loads and extracts. · Development methodology techniques to ensure accuracy if the systems critical. · Assisting in setting development standards. Required Skills/Abilities · Proficiency with PL/SQL Oracle databases. · Ability to write technical specifications. · Medicaid and Medicare claims data experience. · Demonstrated experience in developing complex data management systems to support healthcare data analysis. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
